Cancellation Policy: Registration fee is non-refundable. Long Course students ( a course of 3 months or longer) may change their course or withdraw within seven days of the start of the course. Edenz would retain 10% of their course fees or $500 which ever is less. After 7 days there is no refund of course fees. Short Course students (less than 3 month courses) are liable to a cancellation charge of 30%. No refund is possible for a cancellation requested after the start date. Students are liable for additional services requested that were completed prior to cancellation. There is no refund for withdrawal after the start date of the course. Edenz is a member of CRELS (nz). All CRELS (nz) schools are bound by their constitution to warrant that students affected by the closure of a member school will be provided with similar tuition at no extra cost.
