Flats range from $100-$200 per person per week depending on the location of the flat and the number of students sharing the cost. This price does not include electricity, phone or food.

Apartments can range from $150-$500 per week depending on the location, time of year and number of bedrooms. This price does not include electricity, telephone or food.

Edenz will only assist with finding flats and apartments after the student has been living in an Edenz homestay for 4 weeks.

NB. It is important to remember that living in an apartment and flat offer independence, however, they also require students take care of themselves and be disciplined in their study and attendance. This type of accommodation is recommended for more mature students.
