Background
Edenz Colleges set up our first diploma course in 2000, in conjunction with Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia). This Diploma of Business (previously called Diploma of Commerce, at NZQA Level 5) became the most popular course at Edenz Colleges. As student interests and demands have changed, we have responded by adding and adapting to this basic course. (See details on following pages)

Staffing
All tutors are qualified with considerable teaching experience, and many with industry backgrounds.

Qualifications
All of our courses are NZQA approved, and recognized by a number of other tertiary providers in New Zealand and in Australia.

Pathways
Within New Zealand, students may apply to any tertiary provider for credits. Every institution has its own rules, and the amount of credit can vary. However, Edenz has a credit transfer arrangement with several providers for up to 100% credit into a corresponding degree programme. This is something that is important to remember. Many schools offer pathways... but cannot guarantee places for students. Edenz Colleges have a staff member who can help you with the transfer process.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Students wishing to claim credit for study completed at another institution, whether in New Zealand or overseas, must submit a full notarized copy of their academic record. RPL is not automatically guaranteed.
